Warehouse Coordinator

 

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Reports to: Parts Manager

Location: OKC

Engineered Equipment Inc. was founded in January 2001 as an independent representative of ‘best in class’ equipment manufacturers, serving the highly technical application needs of commercial and industrial buildings. Since 2001, EEI has grown from two founders to over fifty team members. Today, we provide HVAC solutions and end user support to the commercial and industrial markets of Oklahoma. EEI serves the State of Oklahoma through offices in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. EEI proudly represents over forty manufacturers, offering a solution to all HVAC application needs.

Through a staff of professional outside sales, technical, and administrative personnel, we strive to offer technical expertise and application experience to meet the needs of building systems. 

 

Responsibilities


-Supports the shipping, receiving & stocking of warehouse inventory
-Warehouse and facilities maintenance and housekeeping
-Supporting existing warehouse staff in a team-based environment while ensuring customer satisfaction
-Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times
-Performs other duties as assigned
-Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required

Qualifications


-Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.-Vocational School or prior experience in HVAC or similar industry a plus-Moderate PC skills in Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.-Must have own transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.


Other Skills/Abilities

Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate information to customers and other employees of the organization.


Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Mental stamina for problem solving and prioritizing multiple tasks.
Environmental Requirements Will be required to work in an office, warehouse or field environment.


Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is continually required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
