Engineered Equipment Inc. was founded in January 2001 as an independent representative of ‘best in class’ equipment manufacturers, serving the highly technical application needs of commercial and industrial buildings. Since 2001, EEI has grown from two founders to over fifty team members. Today, we provide HVAC solutions and end user support to the commercial and industrial markets of Oklahoma. EEI serves the State of Oklahoma through offices in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. EEI proudly represents over forty manufacturers, offering a solution to all HVAC application needs.

Through a staff of professional outside sales, technical, and administrative personnel, we strive to offer technical expertise and application experience to meet the needs of building systems. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for clerical and administrative support including answering incoming calls, copying, and data entry.
  • Answers telephones and assists Sales Team with sales-related tasks.
  • Maintains job files for customers, manufacturers, and service sales.
  • Manages multiple projects on an ongoing basis.
  • Works with customers to answer questions, resolve issues or take messages.
  • Maintain Outlook Calendar by scheduling meetings, appointments, customer events and making travel arrangements for Solution Sales Team.
  • Draft and record necessary correspondence, letters, memos, meetings minutes, etc…
  • Weekly attendance of Sales meeting to record CRM Job updates
  • Maintaining job files for sales team, customers and manufacturers.
  • Takes calls from customers and works to answer question, resolve issues or take messages.
  • Responsible for generating, interpreting and printing various assigned reports.
  • Maintain expense reports and utilize manufacture discounts.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Experienced in customer service, enjoy working both independently and in a fast paced sales team environment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required.
  • Provide sales estimates as instructed by the Solutions Sales Team.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business or related field and 3 years of Administrative Assistance experience; or 5 years of administrative experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in the HVAC, estimating, engineering, construction management or contracting environment; or equivalent combination of education and equipment
  • Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • HVAC, Mechanical Contracting, Engineering or Construction industry experience a plus
